*Windows are secured with galvanized roof nails
*Nailing fin secured with flashing tape
*Sill pans installed under exterior doors sill
Vinyl Siding
*Full ¾” inside corner is used, rather than J-Channel that several of our competitors use
*¾” return bend on all edges of coil
*Kick plates are installed under exterior doors to support sills
Fiber Cement Siding
*Fascia / freeze, crown, base cap, drip cap, and all other moulding are mitered (Not butt jointed)
*Siding is blind nailed (Not face nailed)
*Kick plates are installed under exterior doors for support
Decks
*All construction is in accordance with code
*Post are set into the ground with concrete
*5/4x6 deck boards
*Will be free standing or attached to home. (Customers Request)
Screened Porch
*Vinyl, treated, and fir porch railings are in accordance with code specifications.
*Fiberglass, aluminum, treated, and composite columns are available
Interior Trim and Doors
*All doors and window casings are shimmed
*Miters are glued and sanded
*Crown mouldings are given added support
*Stair treads are glued and nailed to prevent squeaking
*Mantels, interior columns, and custom built access doors are also available.
Turn Around/ Lock Out
*All interior knobs, strikes and latches
*Magnetic or ball catches
*Base and hinge stops
*Bath accessories (toilet paper holder(s), towel ring(s), and towel bars)
*Shoe moulding when needed
